Descripción del Caso Clínico
� Historia basal
TUMOR PRIMARIO
• Mujer de 34 años de edad remitida para tratamiento complementario tras TUMORECTOMIA IZQUIERDA + GANGLIO CENTINELA
• Anatomía patológica: pT2pN0M x HORMONOSENSIBLE
• CDI de pT2 (3,5 cm) * Grado 2,
• RH +++, HER2 2+ (FISH NEGATIVO)
• N0 (0/17)
• Ki 67 35%
METASTASIS ÓSEA ÚNICA
• Exploración física: Presentaba desde hace un mes dolor cadera derecha
• Analítica: CA15,3 = 34,9
• TAC: No evidencia de enfermedad visceral
• Rastreo óseo: lesión en acetábulo-isquion derecho
