ARTICULO 108 LOT
Despus del tercer mes ininterrumpido de servicio, el trabajador
tendr derecho a una prestacin de antigedad equivalente a cinco (5)
das de salario por cada mes.Despus del primer ao de servicio, o
fraccin superior a seis (6) meses contados a partir de la fecha de
entrada en vigencia de esta Ley, el patrono pagar al trabajador
adicionalmente dos (2) das de salario, por cada ao, por concepto de
prestacin de antiguedad, acumulativa hasta 30 das de salario.Prof.
CarlosA partir del sexto mes cumplido al momento del retiro se toma
como un ao completo.Salario Diario:
Salario Mensual 30dias.Alicuota Vacaciones:Salario diario X dias
(15) 360Salario Integral.
Sumatoria de Salario diario + utilidades + vacaciones.DIAS DE
PRESTACIONES :segn la ley del momento.Tasa de Interes:promedio
entre la tasas activa y pasiva segn el BCV. Luego se multiplica por
30 y se divide entre 360.Prestaciones del Mes.Se multiplica el
salario Integral con los dias de prestaciones.PRESTACIONES
ACUMULADAS.Se obtienen sumando las prestaciones del
mes.INTERESES.Se obtienen multiplicando el total prestaciones +
interes acumulados por la tasa de interes del mes.En este mes no
intereses producto que es a partir del siguiente mes que comienzan
a generar intereses el dinero depositado o acumulado.TOTAL
PRESTACIONES ACUMULADAS.Se obtienen sumando las prestaciones
acumuladas mas la tasa de interes del mes.
