Further research will be focus on: • Improvements of the text mining methodology, using open
source software, in order to extract more information (e.g. hashtags, user mentioned) and to improve the tweet place allocation
• Text mining and sentiment analysis to assess and measure the reputation of a specific heritage
• Further spatiotemporal analysis, comparing the tweet coordinates with the place mentioned in the text, to understand the world heritage site spatial reputation
