● Being selected to participate in Jumping Talent, the biggest employment project at a national level, that gives students and recent graduates from different provinces the opportunity to demonstrate their talent to both the Directors and HR professionals of the participating companies

● What is the selection process like?The selection process conducted by Universia prior to the Jumping Talent event involves a telephone interview focusing on both the curriculum and competences. If the candidate successfully passes this

first phase, they are asked to come to an Assessment Centre at our offices.

● So once you are called to come to the Assessment Centre you are asked to do a Business Plan, based on the following topic: In which country would you implement Jumping Talent?
