DEFINITIONS CONTINUED :DANGEROUS OPERATIONS (SECTION 87)

WHERE STATE GOVERNMENT IS OF THE OPINION THAT ANY MANUFACTURING PROCESS OR OPERATION CARRIED OUT EXPOSES ANY PERSONS EMPLOYED IN TO A RISK OF BODILY INJURY, POISONING OR DISEASE IT MAY MAKE SPECIFIC RULES IN THIS RESPECT :

• REPAIRED CYLINDER TO BE APPROVED AFTER HYDRAULC TEST AT 1.5 TIMES THE WP.

• ANY VESSEL NOT CONSTRUCTED AS TO WITHSTAND THE SAFE WORKING PRESSURE AT THE SOURCE OF SUPPLY OR PIPE CONNECTING IT SHALL BE FITTED WIT REDUCING VALVE OR A DEVICE TO PREVENT THE SAFE WP HAVING BEEN EXCEEDED.
