CONCRETO-PVC
Es un polmero obtenido de dos materias primas naturales cloruro
de sodio o sal comn (NaCl) (57%) y petrleo o gas natural (43%),
siendo por lo tanto menos dependiente de recursos no renovables que
otros plsticos. El PVC se presenta en su forma original como un
polvo blanco, amorfo y opaco.La resina que resulta de esta
polimerizacin es la ms verstil de la familia de los plsticos; pues
adems de ser termoplstica, a partir de ella se pueden obtener
productos rgidos y flexibles. A partir de procesos de
polimerizacin, se obtienen compuestos en forma de polvo o pellet,
plastisoles, soluciones y emulsiones.El PVC es el producto de la
polimerizacin del monmero de cloruro de vinilo a policloruro de
vinilo.
QUE ES EL PVC ?

Actualmente se ha desarrollado un sistema constructivo,
utilizando perfiles de pvc que servir como revestimento o acabado
final y como parte estructural el concreto.Tenemos como meta
agregar calidad, innovacin, tecnologia, estandarizacin y rapidez en
el montaje.El SISTEMA CONSTRUTIVO CONCRETO-PVC , consiste en la
utilizacin de perfiles de pvc rellenados con concreto, originando
una estructura fuerte, durable y de fcil montaje, aliviando gastos
de mano de obra por semanas o meses.
Por ejemplo con nuestro sistema solo bastar una semana, para
tener una casa de 42 m2.

Este sistema constructivo no es una novedad, ya viene siendo
utilizado en diversos paises del mundo hace ms de 25 aos.

En el caso de los paises de Norte America y Australia su uso es
muy comn en residencias de reas grandes.
En el caso de los pases de latinoamerica como Brasil y Venezuela
se construyen este tipo de edificaciones para programas sociales de
vivienda.
En el Per, luego del terremoto de Pisco, el gobierno venezolano
don 100 casas del SISTEMA CONCRETO PVC, y est ubicado en la ciudad
de Chincha en el barrio Simn Bolivar.
Cualquier interesado puede viajar hasta Chincha a visitar este
complejo habitacional.

La matria prima utilizada em la fabricacin de los perfiles es un
polmero termoplstico de resina de PVC combinada con aditivos
especiales que puede ser repetidamente reciclado por temperatura y
endurecido por enfriamento, dentro de un rango de temperatura
caracterstica del plstico.
El PVC es auto extinguible, vale decir que no propaga fuego o
llama.
Es inerte y reciclable. Por tanto, no agrede a la

Perfiles tubulares en PVC.Sistema utilizando pocos perfiles.No
hay perfiles conectores.Gran velocidad en el montaje de las
paredes.Poca necesidad de apuntalamiento pues los perfiles se
vuelven por si mismos autoportantes.

A extructora es alimentada con el compuesto de PVC. La aplicacin
de calor y la mezcladora mecnica intensa promueven la plastificacin
del compuesto de PVC, que ocurre entorno de 180 C, permitindo su
conformacin en diferentes tipos de perfil, a travs de una
matriz.
El perfil atraviesa, por un calibrador, que ajusta sus
dimensiones y hace su enfriamento, a travs de un circuito de agua
helada, dando la forma final y uniforme del perfil.
El Sistema de la Casa de PVC tiene 20 tipos de perfiles.
