Trabajé como chef en un crucero diario por los islotes del archipiélago de Langkawi, en Malasia, durante la temporada alta 2012/20131.- Aperitivo y cóctel de bienvenida (Welcome appetizer and cocktail)

2.- Almuerzo (Lunch)

3.- Picnic a media tarde (Picnic time with home sweets and fresh fruits)

4.- Cena buffet (Buffet dinner)

* Cada día mi trabajo comenzaba con la compra de los ingredientes frescos en el mercado de la capital, el Mercado de Kuah con mi ayudante local, Bon.Despues en la cocina de un Kampung (barrio tradicional malayo) cocinaba con antelación algunos platos e ingredientes. En esta tarea contaba con la ayuda de una cocinera india, Mary.* Dos horas antes de la salida del crucero me dirijía al barco para comenzar con los preparativos.* El crucero comenzaba a las 14:00 y terminaba a las 21:00 con capacidad para 14 personas.

In luch time I dished up seafood pasta. For private cruises I made buffet lunch too.

Para el almuerzo preparaba pasta con coco y gamba rey. Si el crucero era privado servía un buffet en vez de plato único

“beyond expectations!!!!”Opinión escrita el 3 diciembre 2012Met warmly by captain Dean and Esther, and it just kept getting better after that! Service was second to none - you will never want for a thing with this cruise! Dean went out of his way to make our stop to secluded spot amazing ...... dinghy to beach with ice bucket full of wine & beer! Esther is an amazing chef - gorgeous and plentiful food. If you want to experience a few hours of total relaxation, they gave us paradise and so much more !!! Well worth every penny !!! The best day of our holiday so far , will be hard to beat !!!

“Simply Brilliant”Opinión escrita el 13 noviembre 2012My wife and I had yesterday a sunset cruise with Dama Indah.It was absolutely the climax of our trip in Langkawi. Dean (the captain) shared his knowledge of the island all along the boat trip, while Esther (the chef) made excellent meals and cocktails for us. We were lucky enough to see Dolphins while chilling out on the boat roof top.The diner was perfect too, with good wine, good food and very nice people. Eva (the owner) was among them and she shared with us nice pieces of her life. Being on honey moon trip we had also the pleasure to participate to a blessing ceremony during which we were covered of rose petals. An evening which we will remember for long. Rémi & Claire
