Sales of over 2.4 million a year with gradual increases.

2/18/02-9/12/04 Kost Tire, Sayre Store Manager Increased Sales 40% in the first year. Was rewarded by Kost Tire with

a Trip to Jamaica.

8/22/99-2/18/02 Kost Tire Court Street, Assistant Manager Worked in Johnson City Store and increased sales

MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS:

Forecasting Program with IT that took 8 months, to develop, for tires maximizing dollars spent on inventory from 1.8 down to between 1,200,000- 800.000 and actually lower than that presently.

Keeping the inventory circulating for any inventory sitting in store for longer than two months is pulled and cycled to a store or region that will sell it including marking down inventory that is obsolete or aged which added up to hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Made a major jump in tire GP of 5% last year alone, all season and snows through better buying and negotiating with all vendors foreign and domestic.

Kost allowed me to purchase 11,000 snows of which only $900-$1500 were remaining after the season ended due to forecasting.

Primary Parts Selection:

Uniselect lifted $280,000 parts and negotiated special pricing.

I had NAPA, Advance, Auto Part, AutoZone and CARQUEST all in the process.
