Regional Memorandum (RM) No. 29 s. 2015 released February 9, 2015 called for every division of DepED-ARMM to send at least two (2) participants to attend the 1-Day Planning Workshop at Alnor Hotel, Cotabato City on April 19, 2015 in preparation for DepED-ARMM Benchmarking Activity on Continuous Improvement (CI) that will be conducted in NCR, CALABARZON and Region 4.

Qualified participants are NQESH passers and DSLP graduates of SEAMEO-Innotect. Appeared in the list of participants to represent Sulu Division were: 1. Hja. Nalda J. Muksan, Head Teacher – III of Langpas ES, Indanan South District and 2. Samoore S. Ladjahali, DIC of Indanan South District.

Finally, RM No. 45 s. 2015 released February 27, 2015 called every division for the confirmation of NQESH passer and DSLP graduate selected to participate in the actual conduct of 7-Day DepED-ARMM Benchmarking Activity on CI in NCR, CALABARZON and Region IV from March 2-8, 2015. Likewise, Hja. Nalda J. Muksan and Samoore S. Ladjahali were our successful CI Sulu Division representative.

3. Identified district CI program’s name: “CI: The Making”

4. Received list of CI team and school CI project’s name: “DNR in Grade 2” from Langpas ES

5. Gathered 11 school administrators last March 18, 2015 for DLF on CI methodology focusing on:

3 A’s 10-step process of CI Organization of school CI team Identification of school CI project’s name6. Required every school head to submit CI

team and school CI project’s name

6. Monitored the school-to-school creation of CI Team and school CI project’s name.

7. Appreciated Poblacion ES headed by Alyasir A. Hussam, TIC for being second to Langpas ES in organizing CI team

8. Confirmed all 11 elementary schools done with the creation of CI teams and school project’s names from first to second week of April, 2015

9. Approved the creation of 2 teams in Panglima Mammah ES and Pasil ES

10. Scheduled planning workshop on school CI action plan in last week of May, 2015

11. Planned to conduct District CI Congregation on October, 2015

12. Set full implementation of “CI: The Making” beginning June, 2015
