Tiger Reserve

a. located in the Raisen districtof MadhyaPradesh in central India isone of the finest teak forests in the stateand is a short drive away from the

capital Bhopalb. It is a Wildlife Sanctuary since 1976. As

of March 2013, in principle approval bythe National Tiger ConservationAuthority (NTCA) has been granted forupgrading it to a status of Tiger Reserve.

Parasailing in PachmarhiIt looks difficult but is not really; though it is every bit as exciting. Strappedinto safety gear, a crash helmet and a parachute, visitors are towed behind a jeep tillthe parachute fills with air and carries them into the sky. From there, after havingbeen borne on the wings if the wind for a few minutes, parasialers descend to earthto be received by their handlers in a soft handling. Most parasailers in Pachmari are

beginners with no previous experience of this exhilarating air sport.WaterBoatingSoaring in glittering splendor, the MarbleRocks at Bhedaghat rise to a hundred feet oneither side of the Narmada. The

perpendicular magnesium limestone rocksfringe the crystal waters of the Narmadaproviding the perfect reason to take a boatdown the glistening water. Boating on amoonlit night, when the whole stretch ofwater is transformed into a sheet of liquid

silver is absolutely magical.
