Productos Tubulares, S.A.U. fabrica tubos sin soldadura en toda la gama comprendida entre 71/2” y 26” (190 mm. - 660 mm.) de diámetro exterior en aceros inoxidables, aleados y al carbono.
Nuestra situación estratégica es idónea: a 2 kms. del Puerto Marítimo de Bilbao y a 10 kms. de la zona metropolitana, conectados a la Red Europea de Autopistas.
Aunque la denominación Productos Tubulares data de 1992, nuestra actividad se inició mucho antes dentro del Grupo Babcock Wilcox.
Desde 1998 formamos parte del GRUPO TUBOS REUNIDOS.
Productos Tubulares está especializado en ofrecer los más altos niveles de calidad tanto en los Productos que fabrica como en el Servicio y Atención al cliente:
• Nuestro sistema de fabricación PILGER nos permite fabricar cualquier dimensión dentro de nuestra gama, incluso las no estándar.
• En nuestra propia Acería fabricamos cualquier tipo de acero incluido en normas o modificado por el cliente.
• Con nuestras instalaciones de acabado podemos asegurar unos plazos de entrega muy cortos, también para pedidos de pequeñas cantidades y calidades especiales.
• Efectuamos la más rápida evaluación de los requisitos del Cliente.
Todo ello gracias al compromiso total de todo nuestro staff por una comunicación ágil y eficaz.

Productos Tubulares, S.A.U. manufactures a full range of seamless pipes from 71/2” O.D. to 26” O.D. (190 mm - 660 mm) in stainless, alloy and carbon steel grades.
Productos Tubulares is strategically located just 2 km from the large sea-port of Bilbao, and 10 km from the metropolitan area of Bilbao, with good links to the European Motorway Network.
Our Company, formerly part of the Babcock and Wilcox Group became independent and was named Productos Tubulares, in 1992.
Since 1998 we are part and belong to the TUBOS REUNIDOS GROUP.
Productos Tubulares is specialized in providing the highest Quality in Products and in Customer Service.
• Our PILGER manufacturing system allows us to produce any size within our size range, including the non standard sizes.
• We have our own Steel Shop that enables us to produce all grades according to the standards or to conform to customer specifications.
• With our finishing facilities we are able to offer very short lead times, even on orders for small quantities and special steel grades.
• We can give the fastest assessment and response to customer requirements.

PROGRAMA DE FABRICACIÓN
Todos los tubos son laminados en caliente mediante el proceso Pilger, partiendo de lingotes obtenidos en nuestra propia acería, lo que convierte a Productos Tubulares en una fábrica integral.
Los métodos especiales que hemos desarrollado en fabricación y terminación permiten obtener tolerancias dimensionales excelentes.

MANUFACTURING RANGE
Productos Tubulares is a fully integrated mill melting its own ingots which are converted into seamless pipes by the Hot Finishing Pilger process.

CALIDAD
Productos Tubulares ha establecido como objetivo prioritario de su política empresarial la consecución de los más altos niveles de Calidad tanto en los productos de nuestra gama de fabricación como en el Servicio y atención a nuestros Clientes.
Con tal fin hemos elaborado y certificado nuestro Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad cumpliendo con los requisitos de las normas ISO 9001 y API SPEC Q1 y hemos definido nuestra Política de Calidad como motor de la mejora continua de dicho Sistema de Gestión.
Nuestro Sistema Gestión de la Calidad ha sido también homologado por la muy exigente norma ASME NCA 3800/4200 por lo que nuestros tubos pueden ser certificados y utilizados en Aplicaciones Nucleares.
Además Productos Tubulares posee otras certificaciones de las principales entidades de clasificación con prestigio internacional (Lloyd´s Register, TÜV, Det Norske Veritas - Germanischer Lloyd, Indian Boiler Regulations, EAC, etc.).
ENSAYOS NO DESTRUCTIVOS
– Instalación de la prueba hidrostática.– Instalación automática de ultrasonidos.– Equipos manuales de ultrasonidos.– Instalaciones para ensayos por partículas magnéticas.– Equipos para ensayos de líquidos penetrantes.– Espectrómetros portátiles de identificación de materiales (PMI).

Productos Tubulares tiene como compromiso prioritario el llevar a cabo sus actividades de una manera respetuosa con el Medio Ambiente y el cumplimiento de la legislación medioambiental, basando todas sus decisiones en el principio de prevención de la contaminación.
Con tal fin hemos elaborado nuestro Sistema de Gestión Medioambiental cumpliendo con los requisitos de la norma ISO 14001 y hemos definido nuestra Política Medioambiental como motor de la mejora continua y la reducción de nuestros impactos medioambientales.
QUALITY
Productos Tubulares has established the application of the highest levels of Quality as the main objective of our business policy, both for the products in our own manufacturing range as well as the Service and Customer Care.
Focused on that purpose we have developed and certified our Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 and API SPEC Q1 requirements, and we have defined our Quality Policy as an engine driving the continuous improvement of the said Management System.
Our Quality Management System has been also approved by the very demanding ASME NCA 3800/4200 and therefore our pipes can be certified accordingly to be used in Nuclear Applications.
In addition Productos Tubulares is in possession of other certificates from the main internationally recognized classification organizations (Lloyd´s Register, TÜV, Det Norske Veritas - Germanischer Lloyd, Indian Boiler Regulations, EAC, etc.).

– Hydrostatic Test facility.– Automatic ultrasonic facility.– Manual ultrasonic equipment.– Facilities for magnetic particle tests.– Equipment for dye-penetrant tests.– Positive material identification (PMI) spectrometers.
ENVIRONMENT
Productos Tubulares respects the environment and complies with the environmental legislation while carrying out its activities as priority commitments, basing all decisions on the principle of preventing pollution.
To that end we have developed our Environmental Management System in accordance with ISO 14001 requirements, and we have defined our Environmental Policy as a tool for driving continuous improvement in the reduction of our environmental impact.
