Limpieza final de obra

Después de la colocación es fundamental realizar una buena limpieza con el fin de eliminar residuos de junta y en general suciedad de la obra. Para esta operación recomendamos el empleo de un detergente de acción ligeramente ácida que no despida humos tóxicos y respete las juntas, el material y el usuario, como FILADETERDEK. En el caso de material colocado con junta epoxi o en base resina, se aconseja realizar la limpieza final de obra con un limpiador específico de residuos epoxi, como FILACR10.

Mantenimiento

Para un buen mantenimiento del pavimento se aconseja el empleo de un detergente neutro con alto poder limpiador como FILACLEANER. En los casos de suciedad intensa e incrustada acumulada en el tiempo, se aconseja consultar el esquema a continuación para encontrar el producto Fila ideal para cada situación.

Cleaning after laying

We suggest a good initial cleaning after the laying on the floor or wall, this is very important for removing residual grouting and the normal dirt coming from the building works. We suggest the use of our product FILADETERDEK, that is a lightly acid product that doesn’t emit fumes that are harmful for the user and that can attacks joints. In case of material layed with epoxy or resinous grouting, we recommend to clean after laying with our specific detergent FILACR10.

Regular maintenance

For a good cleaning of the floor we suggest the use of our product FILACLEANER it’s a natural detergent with a high cleaning power. In case of strong dirty and encrusted by the time, we recommend to consult the following scheme to find the perfect solution to every situation.

GRUPO I

Resistencia débil a la abrasión. Los productos abrasivos deben ser eliminados. Recomendado: baños y dormitorios de viviendas privadas. Zonas de tránsito y calzado suave.

CLASS I

Weak resistance to abrasion. Abrasive products should be removed. Recommended for: private bedrooms and bathrooms and low transit areas with soft footwear.

GRUPO V - CLASS V

Resistencia fuerte a la abrasión. Recomendado: todos los lugares públicos y privados. Zonas de tránsito intenso con calzado normal.Esta clasificacion es valida para la aplicación en condiciones normales. Téngase en cuenta el tipo de calzado, tipo de tráfico y métodos de limpieza desaconsejados. El pavimento debe ser protegido ante el rayado y la suciedad en la entrada de edificios a través de algún medio de protección.

CLASS V

High resistance to abrasion.Recommended for: any private and public areas and high transit areas with regular footwear.This classification is valid for the given applications in normal conditions. Consideration should be given to the footwear, type of traffic and cleaning methods expected and the floors should be adequately protected against scratching dirt at the entrances to buildings by interposing footwear clering devices.

Resistencia relativamente fuerte a la abrasión. Recomendado: para todas las habitaciones de una vivienda, incluido cocinas, así como en lugares públicos. Zonas de tránsito medio-intenso con calzado normal.

CLASS IV

Medium to high resistance to abrasionRecommended for: any private room including kitchens, public areas and medium to high transit areas with regular footwear.
