Muell. Arg.) production presents >eaturesthat are particularl
regional. Asian countriesrepresent thelargest production o>

gra'eproble+s in incre+enting 'olu+e due to the ageing o>
theplantations and price >luctuations. On the otherhand, atin
A+erica, e'en though its production is noteEui'alent to Asias,
presents a higher dna+is+ inproduction gro?th, e'en though it onl
participates?ith 1 L in the international +ar0et >or natural
rubber(ood and Agriculture Organiation o> the *nitedIations NAO,
566C). /he production o> naturalrubber in Mexico has +ediu+
gro?th dna+is+ dueto the sa+e proble+s that Asia bears" it
co+prisesonl =6 L in atin A+erica, ?ith the states o> Veracruand
Oaxaca being the +ost dna+ic regions.

el sector agr#cola, para deter+inar el
costo de los productos de +anera

on base en lo anterior, el ob:eti'o deesta in'estigacin >ue
analiar la
rentabilidad del culti'o del hule en la produccinde ltex en el
estado de Oaxaca, para +e:orar la to+ade decisiones e
identi>icar el dese+peQo econ+ico dela acti'idad. a hiptesis de
traba:o plantea Eue, apesar de la i+portancia Eue el culti'o

actors. /his research techniEue is de'eloped
through a group o> people or experts on a sub:ect, ?horeunite
to issue a collecti'e and consensual :udg+entabout a certain +atter

del%roecto stratgico /rpico F+edo. ste proectopertenece al %rogra+a
de Acciones en oncurrenciacon las ntidades ederati'as en Materia de
$n'ersin,ustentabilidad Desarrollo de apacidades de la
ecretar#a de Agricultura, Uanader#a Desarrollo &ural,%esca
Ali+entacin (AUA&%A, 56=1). os
productores se seleccionaron por +uestreo noprobabil#stico de
seleccin experta, una tcnicautiliada para seleccionar unidades o
porcionesrepresentati'as o t#picas, segFn el criterio del
experto(%i+ienta, 5666). a seleccin experta se e+pleacuando un
procedi+iento aleatorio puro no es posiblepor >alta de
in>or+acin o alto costo (Mandu:ano,=or+es tcnicos e

n la >ase de ca+po, la recoleccin de la in>or+acin la
'alidacin de resultados se hicieron +ediante
el +todo de paneles de actores. sta tcnica dein'estigacin se
desarrolla con un grupo de personas oexpertos en un te+a Eue se
reFnen para e+itir un :uiciocolecti'o consensuado sobre un hecho

genera debido a Eueen el pa#s se i+portan alrededor de B6,666

et al., 5663)" es decir, se i+porta icie potencial parael
estableci+iento del hule 'a desde 366,666 hasta +sde =,666,666 de
hectreas, cantidad con'eniente paraalcanar la autosu>iciencia.
Actual+ente se esti+a Eueexiste una super>icie de 11,1B3 ha
($nstituto Iacionalde $n'estigaciones orestales, Agr#colas
%ecuariasN$I$A%, 56=C). n Mxico, la produccin se localia en
Veracru (31 L), Oaxaca (11 L), hiapas (2 L) /abasco (4 L)
(ecretar#a de Agricultura, Uanader#a,Desarrollo &ural, %esca
Ali+entacin-iste+a de$n>or+acin Agroali+entaria %esEuera
NAUA&%A-$A%, 56=1). n el caso de Oaxaca, la regin de/uxtepec es
