Queridos hermanos y hermanas: Durante este verano que viene vamos a estar
buscando voluntarios para ayudar en la Misa (Eucaris a). Yo he estado aquí en San Francisco aproxi-madamente 2 años y algunos cambios en la organiza-ción son necesarios. Tenemos que entrenar a nuestros monaguillos, Lectores, Ministros de la Eucaris a, músi-cos y sacristanes. Nuestra celebración puede mejorar en todo nivel. Lo que yo necesito de ustedes la gente es su ayuda.
Padre Sean "yo" tengo muchas ideas, pero yo no puedo hacer esto por mi cuenta. Somos la iglesia y tenemos que trabajar juntos como un equipo. La Misa "Celebración Eucarís ca" es la Oración más importan-te que podemos ofrecer a Dios. Por favor, ayuda y sea voluntario para ser parte de estos nuevos desarrollos.
La Diócesis traer a oradores y maestros para que podamos avanzar. Esta será la parte más fácil el resto depende de nosotros.
Feliz Día De La Madre Que este día sea un día que trae una sonrisa a su cara. Que este día de madres te alumbra con colores más brillantes. Y una alegría interior que hay que recordar. Felices las madres que pueden brillar la Luz de Cristo en sus niños jóvenes y mayores.
ÁMENSE UNOS A OTROS El domingo pasado escuchamos el familiar pasaje del
Evangelio de san Juan en el que Jesús usa el símbolo de la viña y las ramas. En ese pasaje escuchamos que si permanecemos en Cristo daremos mucho fruto. El Evangelio de hoy nos dice cuál es ese fruto: el amor. La segunda lec-tura de hoy junto con el Evangelio crean un gran himno de amor. El coro de este himno es sencillo -Dios nos ama tanto que envió a Jesús al mundo para que tuviéramos vida. El Señor Jesús que nos dijo la semana pasada que perman-eciéramos en él, esta semana nos dice que permanezcamos en su amor. En un mundo marcado por las divisiones y el terrorismo, las úl mas palabras del Evangelio de hoy son un gran reto: "Esto es lo que les mando: que se amen los unos a los otros". Copyright (c) J. S. El Grupo de Oración va a tener una venta de pasteles el 17 de mayo 2015 después de las dos misas para recaudar dinero para un re re que se llevara a cabo el fin de semana de Pentecostés.
Dear Brothers & Sisters, During this coming summer we will be looking for volunteers to assist at the Mass (Eucharist). I have been here at St. Francis approximately 2 years now and some organiza on changes are needed. We need to train our altar servers, Lectors, Eucharis c ministers, musicians and sacristans. Our celebra ons can improve at every level. The thing I need from you the people is your help. Fr. Sean “me” has many ideas but I can not do this on my own. We are the church and we need to work to-gether as a team. The Mass “Eucharis c Celebra on” is the most important Prayer we can offer to God. Please help and Volunteer to be a part of these new Developments. The Diocese will bring in speakers and teachers for us to move forward. This will be the easy part the rest is up to us.
HAPPY MOTHERS DAY
May this day be a day that brings a smile to your face. May this Mothers day shine on you with brighter colors And an inner joy to remember. Happy the Mothers who can Shine Christ’s Light on their Children young & old. LOVE ONE ANOTHER Last Sunday we heard the familiar passage from John's Gospel in which Jesus uses the metaphor of the vine and the branches. In that passage we were told that if we remained in Christ we would bear much fruit. Today's Gospel tells us just what that fruit is: love. Today's second reading and Gospel together create a great hymn to love. The chorus of this hymn is simple--God loves us so much that Jesus was sent into the world so that we would have life. The Lord Jesus, who last week told us to remain in him, this week tells us to remain in his love. In a world marked by divi-sion and terrorism, the Lord's final words in today's Gospel are a great challenge: "This I command you: love one another." Copyright (c) J. S. Paluch Co.
Bake Sale
The Grupo de oración will be having a bake sale on May 17, 2015 a er both masses to raise money for a retreat that will be taking place on Pentecost weekend.
Mother’s Day Prayer Gracious God, bless our mothers who are the life-givers of our world. Grant them patience, love, and wis-dom.
Grant a Special Grace to those women who care for foster children, adoptive children, or who provide a mother’s touch to children who are not their own.
Heal the hearts of mothers hurt by broken relation-ships with their children. Comfort mothers who mourn a deceased child. Bless, those mothers and grandmothers who are now at rest.
Please God, grant every mother the grace she needs to live out this most holy calling. Give them joy and peace with
Dios misericordioso, bendice a nuestras madres que son las dadores de vida de nuestro mundo. Concédele paciencia, amor y sabiduría.
Concédele una gracia especial a aquellas mujeres que cuidan a niños adoptivos,
hijos o quienes provean toque de una madre a los niños que no son sujas.
Sanar los corazones de las madres por las relaciones rotas con sus hijos. Fortifica a las madres que lloran a sus hijo difuntos. Bendice a aquellas madres y abuelas que ahora están en su descanso.
Por favor Dios, concede a cada madre la gracia que necesita para vivir este llamamiento más santo. Darles alegría y paz con sus hijos. Amén.
