Introduction • As we have selected IT department due to its wide scope and teachers

corporation. • we thought that the teachers of this department are responsible and

very corporative with students, if we go there they would help us.

• The main objective to select this department is to observe that whether the teachers of this department are satisfied with their jobs or not….

Scale of measurement

• Scale 1minimum – 5maximum

• Total questionnaire 15

Survey of IT department• As we know the teacher had already provide us questionnaires to check

out the job satisfaction level individually and then whole department.

• When we went to the teachers with our questionnaires , firstly we introduced them about our department and project…

• Teachers treated us very nicely as we heard from our fellows that they faced many problems like absence of teachers, angry and insulting tone of teachers etc….

Teachers corporation

• As we mention that we select IT department due to its wide scope and teachers corporation we observe this their mostly teachers were very corporative but few of them shows their carelessness by loosing our questionnaire..

• We also see their corporation with their own students…

Problems

• Through out our whole survey we didn’t face such difficulties.

• Only a little problem is just few teachers lost our questionnaire due to their business but its was not problem creating because we gave questionnaire at least 18 teachers to fill.

• It hardly take 1 to 2 days to collect data from teachers.

Criteria of measuring satisfaction and dissatisfaction

Criteria of measuring satisfaction was 0 to 0.5 (level of dissatisfaction is low)

Form 0.5 to 1 (level of dissatisfaction is very high).

All negative values shows satisfaction level intoHigher or low.

Questionnaire result

• As teacher gave us questionnaire to fill from IT department teachers at least 15 we did and achieve our goal..

• After our survey we observe each questionnaire that what is the level of satisfaction of each individual and the whole department..

• And mostly were dissatisfied with their job.

Continue • Out of 15 individuals 8 were dissatisfied with some external factors (like pay,

security, fringe benefits, rules and procedure, additional income)these are most effective factors on individuals.

• 6 were dissatisfied with internal factors (like personal accomplishment, status, decision making, challenges and problem solving, no use of unique abilities to performing job)…

• But the difference between their internal and external factors was very minimum (external factors effectiveness is 1.1 and internal factors effectiveness is 1)..

• In our results only 1 individual’s job was not effected either by internal or external factors..

Whole department satisfaction

• By each individual result we reach the whole department satisfaction level.

• The whole department satisfaction level is low but not a lot of with the comparison of both internal and external factors..

Our experience • Throughout our whole survey it was good experience in giving and

collecting data from teachers.

• One of the most important thing is that mostly teachers were very senior and their time table were very busy but the way they treat us was very kind.

• of my friend in IT department told me that teachers of this department are very busy hardly they would fill but it was not like that…..

Achievement

• So, finally we achieve our goal and 2nd day we got our whole 15 questionnaire.
