¿Qué hace el Servicio de Intermediación en Riesgos

Psicosociales? Este Servicio se creó mediante la Orden 3453/2006 (BOCM de 16 de septiembre), encuadrado dentro del Área de Medicina.

Tiene un carácter de intermediación para empresas y trabajadores.

Este servicio interviene a petición de un trabajador/a, grupo de trabajadores, empresas, Entidades, Instituciones, etc.

Identificación de la naturaleza y alcance del problema.

Fijar los objetivos de la intervención con los interesados.

Todo ello manteniendo el respeto a la confidencialidad e intimidad.

Proporcionar recomendaciones para la adopción de medidas preventivas en seguridad y salud laboral.

3 Etapas de la intervención del Servicio de Intermediación en Riesgos Psicosociales: PRIMERA:

Tras la solicitud escrita de intervención, se detecta la demanda y la queja presentada, se realiza el diagnóstico del caso (identificación y naturaleza del problema) y se define la situación a emprender.

SEGUNDA:

a) Presentación del caso en la empresa e identificación de su gestión preventiva.

b) Se procede a la investigación psicosocial sobre la situación planteada.

c) Se elabora el informe final en el que se recogen las conclusiones obtenidas y las recomendaciones a las actuaciones empresariales para la mejora de la prevención de riesgos de carácter psicosocial.

TERCERA:Seguimiento de la intervención.

Gestión de Calidad

El Servicio de Intermediación en Riesgos Psicosociales del IRSST, se ha adherido al compromiso de la Comunidad de Madrid con la Calidad de los Servicios Públicos, recogidos en diferentes normativas y plasmándose en una “Carta de Servicios”, aprobada por Resolución de 3 de octubre de 2007 (BOCM, de 18 de diciembre).

• EL COORDINADOR DE SEGURIDAD Y SALUD ES LA

FIGURA CLAVE EN LA OBRA Y EL SEGUIMIENTO DE SU

ACTIVIDAD ES BÁSICO.

• EN LAS VISITAS A LAS OBRAS SE COMPRUEBA QUE LAS

POSIBLES DEFICIENCIAS SEAN SUBSANADAS EN LOS

PLAZOS ESTABLECIDOS DANDO, EN CASO CONTRARIO,

CUENTA DE ELLO A LA IPT.

• EL ESTUDIO DEBE SER UNA HERRAMIENTA ÚTIL QUE

RECOJA LOS RIESGOS Y MEDIDAS MÁS PROBABLES DE

ACUERDO CON LO PREVISTO EN EL PROYECTO.
